Cindy Brothers, M. Ed, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director
While going to school she worked at Texas Children’s Hospital-Medical Center as a supervisor in the pharmacy department. Once she received her degree, she decided to pursue volunteer opportunities in the field of special needs. As she began to volunteer at Jennifer’s program, it was quickly obvious to both Cindy and Jennifer that she had found her calling. Cindy helped Jennifer start Including Kids and has been dedicated to its mission every step of the way. She started as a direct care therapist, became a head teacher, and then the Clinical Director.
Cindy became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2009, and received her special education certification in Texas in 2006. Cindy has been instrumental in creating the curriculum, program design, and overall mission of Including Kids since its inception.
Cindy is currently the Director of Inspire ND, the adolescent and adult program extension of Including Kids, Inc. Cindy continues to focus on advocating for the clients and their families by focusing on the vital skills and resources they need to be as independent as possible while focusing on quality of life for each client. Cindy’s dedication to the nonprofit mission is unwavering and she has been instrumental in our success over the past 20 years.
