Rules

1. Eligibility
   1. Nominees must be part of or have a direct connection to the autism community (e.g., a caregiver, parent, sibling, or family member of an individual with autism).
   2. Nominees must reside within the greater Houston area.
   3. Nominators and nominees must be 18 years or older. 
2. Nomination Process
   1. One nomination per household.
   2. Nominators must provide accurate and truthful information about both themselves and the nominee.
   3. Self-nominations are not allowed.
   4. Nominations will only be accepted in electronic version from the link provided. 
3. Selection Criteria
   1. Recipients will be chosen based on their nomination story.
   2. The selection process will be conducted by a nomination committee.
   3. Deadline for nominations is March 14, 2025.
   4. Late entries will not be considered.
4. Recipient Notification
   1. Recipients must confirm their acceptance within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received, another nominee may be chosen. 
5. Privacy and Consent
   1. Recipients agree to allow Inspire ND to use a brief description of their nomination story (if applicable) for promotional purposes, such as social media or newsletters. Personal information will not be shared; including names or images.
6. Delivery of Giveaway/Baskets
   1. Recipients will receive their baskets via pick-up of a designated location.
   2. The recipient must collect their basket on April 2, 2025 (World Autism Awareness Day) during the time frame specified or make alternative arrangements.
7. General Rules
   1. No purchase or donation is required to participate.
   2. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
   3. Inspire ND reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. (i.e. pandemic)
8. Disqualification
   1. Incomplete or inaccurate nominations will not be considered.
   2. Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently enter the giveaway will result in immediate disqualification.
