When you enter an Inspire ND, Inc. event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. Inspire ND, Inc. will have one or more photographers at Inspire ND, Inc. events and programs to provide photographs, digital images, videos, and audio recordings of the event and event participants. By participating in Inspire ND, Inc. events and/or programs, you consent to photography, audio, video and other digital media recordings and the release, publication, exhibition, and/or reproduction of your image and likeness to be used for, but not limited to, news, webcast, telecasts, advertising, websites, social media, streaming, promotional purposes and/or any other purpose by Inspire ND, Inc., and its affiliates and representatives without payment or other consideration and without further notice.

By entering the event or program premises, you understand and agree that all photographs, digital images, video and audio recordings will become the property of Inspire ND, Inc.

By entering the event or program premises, you are irrevocably authorizing Inspire ND, Inc. to edit, copy, exhibit, publish, and/or distribute these photographs, digital images, video and/or audio recordings for any and all lawful purposes. In addition, you are waiving any and all rights to inspect or approve the finished product in which your image and/or likeness appears. You are also waiving any and all rights to any claims for payment, royalties or other compensation arising out of or related to any use of the photographs, digital recordings, video and/or audio recordings by Inspire ND, Inc. irrespective of whether a fee for admission, participation or sponsorship is charged.

By entering the event or program premises, you are holding harmless, releasing, and forever discharging Inspire ND, Inc. and its affiliates and representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

By entering the event or program premises you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or program.
